Time to UPDATE

I know. Its been ages since I entered anything in. I have been just too busy and really just now I am able to sit down and update you all on a few things. First of all on Koby and the HC Storm Soccer Team they became Champs in their division. Now I did get an email from his coach saying that this means they went up another division and apparently that is Huge. I really have no idea what it means other than they will be playing against harder teams.
Second, my grandmother past away on September 21. which so happened to land on a Monday. She was a great lady who suffered toward the end but always knew that her son and his family loved her dearly. If you ask my dad why she died he says because it was her turn for Family Home Evening and she was able to get out of it. HA HA! dad.
Third, I am Pregnant. This is baby #6 and lets leave it at that for the moment. :<>
Fourth, my husband has decided to become a US Citizen. So we are studying really hard and have not heard as of yet when his appointment for his test will be. I told the kids that dad had to really do well for his BIG test so they must talk to him only in English so that he is able to understand and communicate back and forth with the Immigration officer. I also said if he does not pass the test then dad would have to live in Mexico and us here in Utah. So believe me when I say that the kids are praying so that dad can pass the BIG Test and we can be a family together forever. :>

Getting ready for our guest.

Ruben loves when I invite friends or even family for dinner or for just about anything but it is not for the reason you think. Sure he likes spending time with friends and family but what he loves is that I go Nazi on the whole house cleaning. So this past weekend we had a great couple from my work come over and Ruben and Todd hit it off since they both served the same mission (obviously with a 10 year difference). Just wanted to show off my children and how great they are in helping out around the house.

Cleaning the walls, vacuuming, and to top it all off I even had Ruben clean the living room carpet. It really was fun. This picture below is of a few of us from the office at Ashley and Brad's wedding but I put it here because I wanted everyone to See Paco (keep in mind he is only 19 months) big LOVE which is Laci the one on the left. She and her husband were over for dinner and Paco would not get off her. I mean the whole no getting off her. He was completely head over heels. When they were leaving he kept crying. Have to say though my son does have great Taste in his woman.

Sorry...i will update as much possible

Well it has been a crazy month. Since we came back from Phoenix we have had tons of soccer practice with Koby. This picture was taken at there first game during the Strikerfest Tournament in July. HC Storm is in Black.
They actually did pretty well at this tournament they ended up 2nd place this next picture does not include the whole team but they sure look happy.

My mom

I don't really have a ton of pictures of my mom or dad. I was going through some pictures that I was sent from Phoenix from a friend and came across the only picture that I have 1 year after my brothers death.
This is the only other picture that I have of Albert. This is the picture they used for the program of his funeral. I can actually say that this is the only picture that we have of him smiling. Well at least me I am sure Alex and my cousin Gaby have a ton more.

Family Pic's

While in Phoenix we got to spend tons of time with my family. My brother and his family and my grandmothers. Both of my grandmothers live with my parents. We also got to spend time at the hospital since my dads mom fell and broke her left hip and right tibia, it was a mess trying to get everyone everywhere and still trying to stay together. My parents are awesome like always trying to make sure we do all we can while we are visiting since we only go once a year.

This is my grandma Margarita (Moms mom) she insisted on us not to take her picture.

This is grandma Ana (dads mom) at the hospital. This is the last day we were there we did get to say goodbye. The only grandchildren on my side. On Rubens side there are like 40 plus 2 great grandchildren.
I don't know if you can tell but Paco is asleep in Natasha's arms she sat him up for the picture.

And my only brother and his beautiful family. Those two kids are amazing. Little Alex is on his dads lap and Albert on his moms. Alex loves Koby and the feeling is mutual. I am not sure if you can see but my nephews left eye is black. Koby and him were pillow fighting and he ducked away from the pillow and hit himself on the edge of like a nightstand. It was pretty scary.

Finally a VACATION!

It has been a good year since we have been able to get out of UTAH. I love it here but I needed to destress myself majorly so Ruben took me to see my parents for my birthday. YEAH!! for me. Usually Ruben takes us through Flagstaff since the drive is 2 hours less than going through Vegas but this time he decided that we were not in a rush we have all the time to make it to Phx and enjoy the scenic route on the way. So our stop or scenic route consisted of Vegas and we walked around the Belagio
they have an amazing botanical display and I went a little crazy in there taking a few pictures and trying to name all the flowers to my kids.
this is just one of the most beautiful displays they had and it turns out that my cousins husband cousin is the one responsible for this masterpiece. Good luck trying to figure out the whole cousin thing :>

This is our 2 and 3 picture that we have of our little family together. Keep in mind that we left utah at 1 am and have been driving throughout the night and it was about 6 am when we got into belagio after getting lost a bit.

HC Storm..here we come.

Well it's official. Koby Ammon Priego is playing for the CLUB. We have finished filling out the paperwork, I even paid for his uniform and the family number is ours #10. YEAH!!!!!! So all I need to do now is raise the money to pay for his club fees. So if any one has any ideas on fundraising please send them my way. The fee is not cheap but in comparison to other teams its decent. Ruben and I were talking the other night about this decision we made since we were a bit hesitant at first but we both came to the conclusion that KOBY loves the sport and he is just naturally good at it and it is time to say good bye to the city leagues and hello to the CLUB. And an added bonus to those of you who know "GUTS" Wright he also made the team. Triple "A" U-11 HC Storm that is us.
